  1. Deirdre, thanks for the question! Patience is the name of the game. Every athlete is going to recover at different stages depending on how well the individual responds to rehab and training. Based on my knowledge 10 months out is still early so have some patience and use a foam roller to massage the quads, VMO, adductors, Vastus Medialis, Calves and continue to stretch the quadriceps and calves.
