About

     I am a former United States Navy Corpsman, since leaving the military 20 years ago I have completed courses for my Health and Physical Education degree as well as being involved in the sports performance and fitness industry becoming Nationally Certified by the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and have completed the required amount of credits needed through seminars, conferences, quizzes, and webinars.  

I have over 18 years of experience and knowledge gained through my time working and learning from some of the top performance specialists in the world.

I bring knowledge and passion from my wide-range of work. In 2003-05, I was the assistant strength coach for the Archbishop Wood Football Team . In 2005, I interned at the Evert Tennis Academy in Boca Raton, FL, training some of the top ranked junior tennis players. In 2007, I became the athletic development & conditioning coach for Father Judge Soccer. From 2007-2015, the Father Judge Soccer team won 3 PCL Championships, 3 City Championships and 1 State Title. I also served as the sports performance consultant at Extra Innings-Bensalem. In 2009, I joined the Joe Hand Boxing Gym where I trained top ranked boxers as well as players from the NFL, MLB and NBA. From 2012-2015 I was the Director of Athletic Development working with teams, small groups, and individual soccer players. Most recently, I spent time as the Performance and Wellness Coach at the George School (an International Boarding School) in Newtown, PA working with student-athletes, faculty and staff on individual and team workout regimens.

I have created programs for hundreds of student-athletes as well as weekend warriors, while specializing in post-orthopedic rehabilitation and helping them reach their full physical potential.  I have ensured quality training by instructing and educating my clients and staff on the prevention of injuries through proper athletic development.
